Welcome to the official website of Kerala Magic Circle. By accessing this website and purchasing tickets for our shows, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Overview

The term "Kerala Magic Circle," "us," or "we" refers to the owner of the website. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website. The content of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

2. Ticket Booking and Payments

  • All tickets are sold subject to availability.

  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your credit card or banking details.

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation via email/SMS. This confirmation serves as your valid entry pass.

  • The Kerala Magic Circle reserves the right to refuse admission or to request a ticket holder to leave the premises for valid reasons (misconduct, security threats, etc.).​

3. Pricing and Fees

  • All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Any additional convenience fees charged by the payment gateway are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: Tickets once booked are generally non-refundable and non-transferable to other shows unless the event is cancelled by the Kerala Magic Circle.

  • Event Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation by the organizers, a full refund (excluding gateway charges, if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Rescheduling: If the show is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the new date, you must notify us within 48 hours of the announcement to claim a refund.

5. Privacy Policy

Your personal information (name, email, phone number) collected during the ticket purchase will be used solely for communication regarding the show and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

6. Code of Conduct at the Venue

  • The use of cameras, video recorders, or recording equipment during the magic performance is strictly prohibited unless otherwise stated.

  • Please ensure mobile phones are switched off or put on silent mode during the performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kerala Magic Circle shall not be responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring at the venue, nor for any indirect losses resulting from the cancellation or postponement of an event.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala.
